terms of service:
1. I accept payment only through PayPal
2. All payment is given upfront, OR 50% before the sketch, and 50% after the sketch is confirmed/adjusted.
3. I do not offer full refunds after the sketch stage
4. I do not not do lolicon / shota / rape / pedophelia / hatespeech / or anything else gross like that
5. If I am put on rush order, I have the right to charge extra
6. I will provide an invoice as a default
7. once the invoice is sent, I will not start until I have confirmed that the money has been received
8. I will send updates per every stage (sketch, line, color, render)
9. I am not responsible for currency exchange rates (I.E. Euro to US Dollar)
